- Contact the customer service department at 1-877-430-CELL (2355)
The process to unlock Straight Talk Phone starts by obtaining the unlock code. The company itself provides the unlock code.
Thus, it is required to contact the customer service department and request for the unlock code.
- List all the required details to the customer care executive when asked for
The customer care executive will ask for all the necessary details required to further the request for obtaining an unlock code.
- Note down the unlock code provided
